A few clear
ground rules.

App licence

Unless different terms are supplied in the App Store, Glassmark is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. App Store purchases are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms.

Using annotations

Use Glassmark only with content you are entitled to access and use. Annotations do not transfer ownership of the underlying website content. Check your rights before sharing captures or exports.

Compatibility and saved work

Websites and Safari can change. Some pages restrict extensions, and significant layout changes can affect alignment. Back up important work. Local recovery copies and optional iCloud sync do not replace your own external backups.

Updates, support and discontinuation

Glassmark is offered as a one-time purchase. We do not promise indefinite feature updates, personalised support or compatibility with every future version of macOS, Safari or third-party websites.

We may end development, support or distribution of Glassmark. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of changes that materially affect existing users and an opportunity to export their saved information.

Ending development does not itself disable an installed copy, but future changes to operating systems, websites or third-party services may affect its functionality. We recommend keeping backups of important highlights and notes.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including any rights to updates, remedies or refunds required by applicable law.

Payments and support

The App Store shows the applicable price and purchase terms. Apple handles payment processing and refund requests. These pages do not take payments.
